No withdrawal, no return and no exchange once the download has begun
The subject of the contract is exclusively digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium (e-book files in PDF, EPUB, KEPUB and AZW3 format). These files are made available to you for immediate download directly after successful payment. Once we have begun making them available, withdrawal, return or exchange is excluded by law.
Early expiry of the right of withdrawal (Art. 16(m) Consumer Rights Directive)
For a contract for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires once we have begun performance of the contract after you have
1. expressly consented to us beginning performance before the end of the withdrawal period, and
2. acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
You give this consent and acknowledgement during checkout by clicking the order button. Immediately afterwards we make the files available for download; your right of withdrawal expires at that moment. You will additionally receive confirmation of this by email.
Right of withdrawal until performance begins
As long as you have not given the above consent and we have not begun making the files available, you have a right of withdrawal. In that case you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online at https://www.childstories.org/_tmpl/widerruf_formular.php. If you use this online function, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium (e.g. by email) without undue delay, including information on the content of the declaration of withdrawal and the date and time of its receipt.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you validly withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
